WOD: Thursday August 1st

Today we are doing an Intro to CrossFit WOD for those of you who are new to CrossFit. Her name is Cindy.


MOBILITY: 
Hip, Quad, and Hamstring. Coach will demonstrate. 

STRENGTH: 
Back Squat 
4 x 5
Front Squat
4 x 5

CONDITIONING:
Everyone, meet Cindy!

AMRAP in 20 mins:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
