Your goal is to find your one rep max, through 3 attempts at each lift:

  • Clean
1-1-1

  • Bench Press
1-1-1

  • Overhead Squat
1-1-1

You have 15 minutes at each lift. Your total score is your final weight successfully lifted from each lift combined together.
