CONDITIONING
EMOTM for 12 minutes 
  • 6 clean and jerk @50% of BW
  • remainder of time: sit-ups

You will perform 6 C&J on the minute, with the remainder of that minute you will perform sit-ups until the next minute hits. You score will equal the number of sit-ups completed.
