Complete in teams of 2, once for time

  • 40 back squat 135/95 
  • 72m plate toss 45/25
  • 4 rope climb
  • 3000m row
  • 30 med ball squat pass  (every time ball drops, 3 burpee penalty)
  • 80 pull-ups 
  • 144m kettlebell carry 55/35
  • 50 wall balls 20/14
  • 50 push-ups

This wod will be done in teams of 2. You will be working together to share the work load. Both partners will be responsible for completing part of every task.
