STRENGTH

  • Back Squat
4x10 @ 60% of 1RM

Then, immediately after:
  • 50 box jumps 30/24
  • 50 jump squats
CONDITIONING
Complete 3 rounds, for time:
  • 10 power clean 135/95
  • 12 pull-ups
  • 15 toes to bar
