STRENGTH
  • Front Squat
4x10 @ 60% of 1RM

Then immediately after:
  • 100 split leg jump lunge
CONDITIONING
AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 10 med ball squat 20/14
  • 10 med ball GHD sit-ups 20/14
  • 10 med ball slams 20/14
