STRENGTH

  • Deadlift
5x AMRAP @ 65% of 1RM

Then immediately after:
  • 50 walking lunges
OLY
  • Snatch pull
Complete, 3 rounds NOT for time
  • 5 heavy snatch grip pull
  • rest 2 minutes 
CONDITIONING
AMRAP in 10 minutes 
  • 1 power snatch + 3 overhead squat 135/95
  • 5 box jumps 30/24
  • 10 sit-ups
