Then immediately after:
  • 100 split leg jump lunge

  • Snatch pull 
Complete 3 rounds:
  • 5 heavy snatch grip pulls
  • rest 
CONDITIONING
EMOTM for 10 minutes
  • 6 overhead squats 95/65
  • pull-ups for remainder of minute
