STRENGTH
  • Bench Press
4x10 @60% of 1RM

Then immediately after:
  • 50 plyo push-ups 
CONDITIONING 
AMRAP in 10 minutes
  • 3 power snatch 135/95
  • 5 chin ups
  • 7 GHD back extension
