Then immediately after:
  • 50 box jumps 30/24
  • 50 jump squats
CONDITIONING
Complete AMRAP in 12 minutes:
  • 5 ground to overhead 135/95
  • 7 chin-ups
  • 9 kettlebell swings 70/55
