STRENGTH

4x ARMAP @ 90% of 1RM

Then immediately after:
  • 30 behind the neck snatch grip press
CONDITIONING
Complete 3 rounds, for time:
  • 5 hang power clean 135/95
  • 10 box jumps 30/24
  • 10 air squats
  • 15 double-unders
