Then immediately after:
  • 100 jump squats
CONDITIONING:
Complete 3 rounds, for reps and time:
  • 800m run
  • 2 minutes to complete AMRAP of Bear Complex 135/95
Your score = number of bear complex completed, plus tie break time.
