WOD: Friday June 13th

STRENGTH:

  • Back Squat
4x AMRAP @ 95% of 1RM

CONDITIONING:
Complete 5 rounds, for time:
  • 400m run
  • 15 push press 95/65
Then:
  • 100 GHD back extensions
  • 3x 1 minute weighted plank with 30 sec rest in between
  • 100 GHD sit-ups
