CONDITIONING:
  • Partner WOD:
Part 1:
  • Partner A must complete 30 chest to bar pull-ups. Every time partner A drops from the bar, partner B must complete 10 push-ups. Then partners switch positions and complete it a second time.
Score = number of push-ups completed between the two partners. 

Part 2:
  • Partner A must complete 20 HSPU. Every time partner A pauses, partner B must complete 10 wall balls 20/14. Then partners switch positions and complete is a second time. 
Score = number of wall balls completed between the two partners. 

Part 3:
  • Each partner must complete 3 legless rope climbs, for time.
