WOD: Thursday June 19th

STRENGTH:

  • Back Squat
3x 7-5-3 @ 80% of 1RM

Immediately after every set, you must complete 10 jump squats 

CONDITIONING: 
Complete AMRAP in 15 minutes:
  • 5 hang power snatch 95/65
  • 5 per leg pistols
  • 15 sit-ups
