STRENGTH:

  • Back Squat 
4x 7-5-3 @ 80% of your 1RM

You must complete 10 jump squats immediately after every set. 

CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 16 minutes:
  • 1 power snatch & 3 OHS 135/95
  • 25 double-unders
  • 10 toes to bar
