Then immediately after:
  • 25 per leg weighted box up 55/35
CONDITIONING:
Complete EMOTM for 12 minutes:
  • ODD: 5 hang power snatch 95/65
  • EVEN: 10 push-ups 
Then complete 3 rounds:
  • 1 minute hollow rock
  • 1 minute weighted plank
