STRENGTH:

  • Front Squat 
3x 7-5-3 @ 70% of 1RM

After every set, you must complete 10 jump squats 

CONDITIONING:
Complete once for time:
  • 100 push press 95/65
Every minute on the minute you must drop the bar and complete 3 burpees
