WOD: Monday August 18th - BEGINNING OF NEW 4 WEEK STRENGTH CYCLE

Hey Team Robo!

We are allowing everyone to choose 2-3 lifts that you feel you need to improve on. We will be starting week one at 80%, week 2 at 85%, week 3 at 90% and week 4 at 95%. Here are your lift options:


  • Back Squat
  • Front Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Press
  • Jerk
  • Bench Press
STRENGTH:
  • Strength 1, 2 or 3
4x AMRAP @ 80% of your current 1RM

Then immediately after: 
  • Cashout  
CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 10 minutes:
  • 5 chest to bar pull-ups
  • 5 squat snatch 115/85
  • 5 toes to bar
  • 5 kettlebell swings 70/55
