MOBILITY:

  • Neck, traps 
STRENGTH:
  • Strength 1,2 or 3
4x AMRAP @ 85% of your current 1RM

Then immediately after:
  • Cashout 
CONDITIONING:
EMOTM for 12 minutes:
  • ODD: 1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch, 1 squat snatch, 10 sit-ups 
  • EVEN: 5 per leg pistols, 10 sit-ups
