Then immediately after:
  • 50 box jumps 30/30
CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 16 minutes:
  • 5 Per leg alternating pistols
  • 1 Rope climb
  • 5 Jerk 135/95
  • 25 Double-unders
