You have 30 minutes to establish your new Snatch 1RM (or Snatch complex practice)

CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 10 minutes:
  • 15 toes to bar
  • 10 GHD sit-ups
  • 5 chest to bar pull-ups
  • 1 clean and jerk 185/135
