STRENGTH:

  • Back squat 
3x 7-5-3 

Immediately after every set you must complete 7 - 30" box jumps 

CONDITIONING:
Complete 5 rounds

On every 3rd minute:
  • 400m run
  • 7 cleans @ 75% BW
  • AMRAP HSPU with the remainder of time
