STRENGTH:

Immediately after every set you must complete 15 bent over barbell row at 50% of your BW

CONDITIONING:
Complete 3 rounds for time:
  • 15 burpee box overs weighted 55/35 (in each hand)
  • 15 push press 95/65
  • 15 sit-ups - weighted 55/35
