OLY: 

  • Clean and Jerk complex
Complete 5 rounds NOT for time:
  • 1 hang power clean, 1 power clean, 1 squat clean 1 jerk
  • 1 hang power clean, 1 power clean, 1 squat clean 2 jerk
  • 1 hang power clean, 1 power clean, 1 squat clean 3 jerk
CONDITIONING: 
Complete EMOTM for 12 minutes:
  • ODD: 3 muscle ups
  • EVEN: 5 HSPU
Please note: Quinn will be assisting us for the 5pm and 6pm class on our OLY technique. For these 2 classes there will no conditioning. For those of you who want expert advice on your C&J, we suggest signing up for the 5pm or 6pm class.
