WOD: Tuesday October 28th


Mobility is one, if not the most important aspects of CrossFit. We all know by now if your body is tight and full of knots,  certain movements can feel impossible to achieve. This struggle is not only frustrating but can lead to injury.  Today is all about learning how to resolve pain, prevent injury and optimizing athletic performance. We will all become supple leopards after today.
