STRENGTH:

  • Deadlift 
10 x 1 @ 90% of 1RM

Then immediately after: 50 overhead plate lunges 

CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 15 minutes:
  • 1 power clean 155/115
  • 4 front squats 155/115
  • 10 bar facing burpees
Power clean keeps increasing by 1 every round.
