WOD: Tuesday November 25th

STRENGTH:

  • Front Squat
4-4-4-4-4 @ 80% of your 1RM

CONDITIONING:
Complete in teams of 2, for time:
  • 150 wall balls 20/14
  • 100 push-ups
  • 50 box jumps 30/24
Then for a total of 100 points:
  • burpee = 1 point
  • chest to bar pull-up = 2 points
  • wall walk = 3 points 
  • pistols = 4 points (1 pistol per leg to equal 4 points)
  • muscle up = 5 points
