  • Clean & Jerk 
You have 30 minutes to work on your C&J technique.

OR 

Complete 5 rounds, for technique:
  • 1 hang power clean
  • 1 power clean
  • 1 squat clean
  • 1 jerk 
* Add one jerk to every round

CONDITIONING:
Complete EMOTM for 12 minutes:
  • 10 push press 95/65
  • AMRAP sit-ups with remainder of minute
Score = number of sit-ups completed
