STRENGTH:

  • front rack walking lunge 
4x 18m 

Then immediately after:
  • 100 jump lunges 
CONDITIONING:
With a running clock complete the following:
  • minute 1: 1 squat clean thruster 135/95
  • minute 2: 2 squat clean thruster 135/95
  • minute 3: 3 squat clean thruster 135/95
  • minute 4: 4 squat clean thruster 135/95
...and so on.. until you run out of time to compete all squat clean thrusters in your minute.

Cashout: 40 toes to bar
