STRENGTH:

  • Bench press
70 reps at 50% of your 1RM 

Then immediately after: 30 plyo push-ups

Time cap: 15 minutes 

CONDITIONING:
In teams of 2 complete for time:
  • 100 box jumps 24/20
  • 75 thrusters 75/55
  • 50 pull-ups
  • 25 plate burpees 45/25
  • 50 kettlebell swings 55/35
  • 75 SDHP 75/55
  • 100 overhead plate lunge 45/25
Time cap: 25 minutes
