STRENGTH:

Max time pull-up hold

Then: 25 strict pull-ups 
  • EMOTM x 6:
Max ring dips

Then: 25 HSPU

CONDITIONING:
Complete EMOTM for 12 minutes:
  • ODD: 5 squat snatch 95/65
  • EVEN: 10 lateral bar burpees
Accessory work:
  • 50 GHDBE
  • 50 GHDSU
  • 3 x 1 minute plank hold
