STRENGTH:

  • Front rack barbell lunge 
4x 10 per leg 

Then immediately after: 50 jump lunges 

CONDITIONING:
Complete 4 rounds, for time:
  • 10 burped box overs 24/20
  • 12 HRPU
  • 15 wall balls 20/14
  • 20 double-unders 
Time cap: 16:00 minutes
