You have 25 minutes to build to your 1RM Snatch

OR complete the following complex..

5 rounds, for skill:
  • 2 hang snatch pull 
  • 1 hang power snatch 
  • 1 hang squat snatch
  • 1 squat snatch 
CONDITIONING: 
Complete AMRAP in 14 minutes: 
  • 6 squat clean thruster burpee bar over 115/75 (yes, that's right. This is not a typo) 
  • 6 HSPU 
  • 6 chest to bar pull-ups
