STRENGTH: 

  • Deadlift 
10 @ 55%, 10 @ 65%, 8 @ 75%, 6 @ 80%, 4 @ 90% of 1RM

Then immediately after: 50 jump lunges 

CONDITIONING:
Complete once for time:
  • 100 thrusters 95/65
Every time you drop the bar you must complete 15 sit-ups 

Score = number of sit-ups completed. You goal is a low score. 

Time cap: 20 minutes
