STRENGTH:

  • Push press 
Build to a heavy single or 1RM

Then immediately after: 36m handstand walk or 12 wall walks 

CONDITIONING:
Complete "Angie" for time:
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 100 push-ups
  • 100 sit-ups
  • 100 squats 
Time cap: 25 minutes
