1) AMRAP in 5 minutes:

  • 30 wall balls 20/14
  • 30 box jumps 24/20
2) 5 minutes to establish 1RM:
  • squat clean 
3) AMRAP in 5 minutes:
  • 20 chest to bar pull-ups
  • 20 thrusters 75/55
4) AMRAP in 5 minutes:
  • 5 clean and jerk 95/65
  • 10 kettlebell swings 45/25
Top 2 teams:

Complete for time:
  • 30 tandem push-ups
  • 30 tandem sit-ups
  • 30 tandem air squats
