Complete 4 rounds, not for time:
  • 2 hang snatch pulls
  • 1 hang power snatch 
  • 1 hang squat snatch
  • 1 snatch 
CONDITIONING:
Complete 3 rounds for time:
  • 5 per leg overhead barbell lunge 95/65
  • 50 double-unders 
  • 10 per leg pistols 
Time cap: 16 minutes
