Jump Every Minute on the Minute Ascending for 10 minutes:

There will be a series of markers on the wall for you to jump and reach to. You will have 10 chances to reach your max height jump. 

STRENGTH:
  • Bench Press
3 x 7-5-3 @ 75% of your 1RM

CONDITIONING:
Complete 4 rounds for time:
  • 36m broad jump
  • 10 per leg pistols
  • 15 push jerk 135/95
Time cap: 16 minutes
