WOD: Thursday April 23rd

OLY:

  • Snatch
Complete 5 rounds:
  • 2 hang power 
  • 2 high hang squat 
Note: Start at 50% of your 1RM and increase by 5-10% each round. Rest time is 2 minutes between rounds. 

Then:
  • 30 high pulls @ 40% of 1RM snatch
  • 30 overhead squat @ 40% of 1RM snatch 
CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 15 minutes:
  • 20 overhead plate lunge 45/25
  • 20 pull-ups
  • 20 wall balls 20/14
