STRENGTH:

  • Push Press
4x max reps at 75% of 1RM

Then immediately after: 30 behind the neck press

CODITIONING:
Complete 4 rounds at 1 minute each for reps:
  • Box jump 24/20
  • Kettlebell swings 55/35
  • Row for cal
  • Push-ups 
  • Rest
