STRENGTH:

  • Front rack barbell lunge
3x 10 per leg

Then immediately after: 50 jump lunges 

CONDITIONING:
Complete AMRAP in 18 minutes:
  • 7 squat clean 155/105/JR65
  • 5 kettlebell swings 70/55/JR35
  • 3 muscle-ups
