STRENGTH:  Front Squat

  • 4x8 (2 pause decent, dynamic drive up)

CONDITIONING:  AMRAP x 30 min
  • 400m run
  • 2 min to complete AMRAP C+J  95/65
*Athlete must note time when back from run. Athlete has 2 min from that point to complete AMRAP C+J then run again. Continue this cycle for 30 min
