STRENGTH: Bench Press

  • 10, 8, 6, 8, 10 reps

CONDITIONING: 4 Rounds, 2 min each of:
  • 10 TTB
  • remainder of time burpees
Then... 4 Rounds for time of:
  • 200m run
  • remainder of time box jumps
