MOBILITY:  Quads, Hip Flexors

STRENGTH: Back Squat

  • 4x10 @ 55% (dynamic)

Then immediately after: 50 jump squats with empty bar

CONDITIONING:  "Fight Gone Bad" Complete 3 rounds 1 min each for reps:
  • Wall Balls 20/14
  • SDHP 75/55
  • Box Jump 24/20
  • Push Press 75/55
  • Row for cals
  • Rest
