STRENGTH:  Push Jerk

  • EMOM x 7
           1 Push Jerk @ 75-80% of 1RM

CONDITIONING:  Tag Team

As a class complete the following:
  • 100 power snatch 95/65
  • 100 push press 95/65
  • 100 power cleans 95/65
  • 100 thrusters 95/65
  • 100 deadlifts 95/65
Time Cap: 35 min
All reps must be unbroken. When you stop your reps someone else must be tagged in. 2 people can be working at once. Each exercise must be completed before moving on.
