STRENGTH:  Pull ups

  • 10x1 weighted strict (or as little band as possible) keep increasing weight
      Immediately after last rep complete 100 bent over rows 75/55

CONDITIONING:  4 Rounds for Time:
  • 10 thrusters 95/65
  • 10 front squats 95/65
  • 10 strict press 95/65
Time Cap: 20 minutes
