STRENGTH:  Bench Press

  • 5-5-3-1-1-1
  • Then immediately after 40 ring push ups

CONDITIONING:  4 Rounds for time of:
  • 10 Thrusters 95/65/jr45
  • 10 chin ups
  • 10 wall balls 20/14
  • 10 bar over burpees
