SKILL: Handstand walk/ Handstand hold for 10 min

STRENGTH: EMOM x 10

 1 Clean and Jerk (starting at 55% of 1RM and increasing weight every round)

CONDITIONING:  5 Rounds for time;

  • 200m run
  • 15 OHS 95/65
  • 30 DU
  • 7 HSPU
3 min rest then 50 GHDSU
