STRENGTH: Back Squat

  • 35 @ 70% of 1RM - As little rest as possible

Conditioning: Teams of 3 complete:
  • 1 mile kettlebell farmer carry 35per hand 
  • 50 push press 135/95
  • 50 front squats 135/95
  • 50 box jumps 24/20
  • 800m kettlebell farmer carry 35per hand 
*Every 5 min on the min everyone has to complete 10 burpees*
